Minicam TV (analogue)
This Minicam is designed to provide images for Televisions or Monitors (not computer monitors) and is powered by a 9 v transformer. It has a line resolution of 360 and the image produced is standard PAL (suitable Europe only). Suitable televisions need to have a scart connection and the appropriate plugs and cables are included, which also suit the BNC or Phono connections of monitors. Minicam DCM Series USB 2.0
The DCM series have a colour CMOS chip and are recommended for brightfield work. The units connect via USB 2.0 to laptop or PC. Included with the Minicams are Scopephoto software and drivers that are suitable for Windows XP or Vista. The units have an integral lens and simply replace the eyepiece of any standard microscope or can be introduced into the trinocular tube of most microscopes. The DCM minicams are available in 1.3M, 5M and 9M pixel resolution.
The Minicams can be used to produce video clips or still images by freeze frame which
is possible with the Scopephoto software provided.
